Tired of the Mealtime Madness?
As parents, we always want to do what is best for our kids and that includes providing them with the best food possible. Let's be honest though, it is a lot easier said than done. Between us trying to keep up with our jobs, bills, house work, pets, and taking care of the kids, it can get a bit stressful. By the time it is said and done, who really feels like cooking dinner, or any other meal for that matter? Then there is the battle of actually getting your kid to eat what is on their plate.
It is all too easy to just pick up something fast on the way home or just order delivery. It is quicker, easier, and requires less cleanup, right? The majority of kids are more used to eating those foods anyways so you don't have to fight them to finish their dinner. Trust me, I get it all too well. There is nothing wrong with taking an easy day every once in a while, but...
Eating healthy doesn't have to be a struggle!
You don't have to spend hours in the kitchen every day to still make healthy, delicious meals that the whole family will love. Everyone knows that they need to eat more vegetables, drink more water and exercise more. We don't need anyone to tell us those things, especially with our kids. Parents know all too well what we could be doing better, but figuring out the how doesn't come as naturally.
